Thriftwood School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Finance Team.
22.5 hours per week - Salary Band 3
Initial working pattern:Monday-Friday. Proposed timings: 9.30 a.m.- 2.30 p.m.

The successful candidate will assist the School Business Manager to accurately maintain the financial accounting and reporting systems as specified in the Financial Regulations and Academy Accounting requirements in accordance with GDPR.
A recognised Finance qualification is preferred but training will be given.

Working weeks per year: 40 (Term time plus one week)
Part time posts: Pro-rated holiday entitlement for this post is: 5.4 weeks
The successful candidate will work during each week of term time including non-pupil days. In addition they will be required to work 1 (one) week during schools closure periods as agreed
in advance with their manager/or specify actual dates of holiday working if these are fixed. Holiday will be deemed to be taken during school closure periods.
There is no entitlement to take holiday during term time.
