Our curriculum, environment and teaching style ensures that we promote these values and ethos at all times. Our learners require an adaptive curriculum with a therapeutic and nurturing approach in order to meet their Education Health Care Plan targets. We treat all our learners with unconditional positive regard.
How does Thriftwood ensure pupil safety and encourage good behaviour?
We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment for pupils. This means we have high expectations and a clear and consistent approach to managing behaviour.
The College Code of Conduct ENRICH has been developed with students and staff, it builds on the values initially laid down by the Thriftwood School Code:
